A reverse split cam in general isnt very good for nitrous, and with the narrow LSA is not good for a turbo. What are you planning, just to stay N/A?
N/A for a pretty good while, i want something reliable when i go back to school.

maybe i haven't follow to close. When did you get the LS2? was it a new motor? are you planning on doing a turbo also

I got the LS2 when my 5.3L decided that it wanted to end up in pieces. it is a 6000 mile GTO LS2. A Turbo is in the back of my mind but will stay there for the foreseable future

any reason you went with the ls2 vs. a iron 6.0 ??? aluminum block is nice though!

believe it or not, price. i got that shortblock CHEAP. Plus the internals in the LS2 are proven to spin 7k reliably in stock form. plus that SOB is really light, my front end went up almost 1.5in

also availibility, this Shortblock popped up on tech right when my motor popped

ive heard that cam in a 6.0, it sounds very good! plus your old cam has some nice specs, I dont see you having a problem selling it...
