From what i know the TR lobes are proprietary, so they don't release the lobe specs to calculate DCR and stuff...

However I did read some new stuff on the XER lobes your running, from what I read they broaden the TQ curve, so IMO if you switching out cams stick with the XER lobes, just play around with the duration, LSA and ICL to get what you want...

Correct. They are just a tad less aggressive than Comp's XER lobe. More aggressive than the Comp XE lobe. When you order a cam from TR they are ground by Comp and then cam doctored by TR. A sheet is provided when you get the cam. I believe my TR224 was 274/274 @ .006 duration.

224.7/223.1 .561/.563 112+4 on the card.

Those numbers have to do with the lobe profile, the ramping in/out rates.

so now you have the tsp220r and you want to step up to the 224r? The 220 feels small to you? I was actually debating selling the 228r and going with a 224r....it's a tough decision. I'm not sure how much low end the 228 gives up compared to the 224.

mine's in a 5.3, but yes 220 to 224. 220 feels good, just want a bit more out of it. and I want to hear it. 220 on a 114+4 is too quiet for me. made great power though, just want to get to 12's with the mods I have and without weight reduction, plus I am a big guy too, so that hurts et.
