Just get WCCH or a similar head company to spec you out some. Heads are not one of my fortes.

with that cam i would be willing to bet your truck is not running too well on a hypertech tune... or the stock torque converter. Before you do anything get at least a 3000rpm converter and a good tune and i bet you will be surprised what a difference that will make. If you do a bigger motor, blower, etc... you are going to need a built trans.
