Stock heads ?

I want to buy a set of stock ls1/truck heads to have some mild work done. Which head casting number would be the best to go with my 5.3L? I have 706 casting now. Mods are in the sig.

Alright thanks. Ill save up some money and get me some 706s like i have then. If i take them to a local shop to have some work done to them, what all should I have done?
