Default Cam Swap in Flex Fuel?

Hey guys! I have a 06 RST w/5.3L Flex Fuel and I was wondering about cam swap. Would I have any problems with changing the cam? I just want a 15-20hp increase from the stock cam. I don't know if this will mess anything up with the E85 stuff. Wouldn't bother me since I get worse mileage with E85. Thanks.
