I think a lot of it has to do with exhaust. a buddy of mine has a tr 220 220 in a 4.8. when he had shortys, cats, and flowmasters you couldn't hear it at all. now he has LTs, no cats, and flowmasters, and it thumps pretty good now. and its on a 114 LSA

i wouldnt know what to say, but it did not lope, yours probably lopes cause of the smaller cubes? i know my 212/218 114lsa in the 5.3 sounded like stock and then i swapped to the 220/220 114 and it was very little noticable, if i would raise the idle 100-200rpm it would sound completely stock...?

Thanks man, it feels good down low on the street, but when I ran it at the track my 60' times only improved by one tenth, although I was running on 33's at the time, and I feel that the tune probably could have been tweaked a little more. Not sure but I may have been spinning at the line? It always breaks them loose from a stop on the street...I need to improve my launching skills also lol.
