Default quick cam question

Would It be worth $250 going from a 224/224 cam with .567 lift to a 228/230 with 272 lift or should I just spend the money elsewhere.

Would you go to a higher stall too? Planning on swapping intake?

I want to keep the same stall and truck intake so if it requires a bigger stall to work right then I'll just keep the current.

My TT3000 was barely enough for the 224 cam I had. I would think a cam that big would want a 3600 rpm or so. As I understand it, the truck intakes are limiting. That cam is going to give peak hp up higher than usable.

That cam a 3600 converter and ls6 intake would def be a 400hp setup IMO. in a 6.0 that is with other suporting mods.

I should just ask if the 228/230 is better than a 224/224 for overall power on a 6.0 with mods in sig.
