Question on Power difference between high compression and low compression N/A engines

You sure about that?? Seems pretty low I thought those speeds were good for high 13's maybe! I have a 3000 stall but I'm not making enough power to utilize it. I don't think I can brake stall past 2200 rpm's although I haven't really tried yet.
