Default problems with new engine need help

i have a 383 with 228/228 .581 lift cam, it ran and i drove it about 2 miles it started missing so i turned it off to check everything. it hasnt started since. it had a code saying cam signal low and cam signal high. i have tried 3 diferent sensors and still wont start. it will back fire and maybe if im lucky run for 3 seconds when i try to start it. it has 42# injectors and the computer has been tuned for engine

any help would be great

Check the sensor connector and wiring for breaks or pulled out terminals. The cam had the reluctor on the back for the cam sensor? Some of the newer LS cams read off of the cam sprocket in the front.
