Pretty Noob question here
#1
when looking at cam specs and it says something like 224/225 589/591 111+4... What does the +4 mean? install the cam 4 degrees advanced? What are the reasons for doing this?
Thanks

The +4 means that there are 4* of advance ground into the cam, which will help bring the meat of the torque curve on sooner

Ohh i get it so its already ground into the cam.. Thanks! So would the cam i have listed above be good for a turbo application? I was told it is specked for a turbo, but the low LSA scares me because most turbo cams i see have at least 113 and up.
