Default Pacesetter Lt Headers Question

Hi all ..Can you still use your factory plug wires with the pacesetters lts or do I need to buy new wires.. Thanks

You can but since there will be more heat under there i used the heat shields for the plugs and wires just to be safe. there cheap and it better than burning a wire when your out on a drive

you can buy some Taylor heat sleeves from Jegs. they are about 8 inches long and made with 1200*F resistant fivberglass. this is not peak temp but constant contact temperature. i have them and my wires are laying on my headers and they arent burning at all. i think the sleeves are like $4 each.

not taylor made but the same idea

stock plug wires will be fine.
i'm still running them, no problems.
