orange debris sitting on exhaust side of the valves?

Yes, that is rust on the backside of the valve, yes the bolts are TTY they can be replaced cheap but honestly while you in there might as well put ARP rod bolts in for a lil insurance. I have re-used pan gaskets before,(some weeped oil some didn't) but if it were my truck I'd get a new gasket but thats just my opinion.
