Angry the old 4.8 is done

well, she is leaking oil like a cheap hooker. so hopefully ordering my 370 short block this week. what do you guys think about heads for the 370? will my 862s be OK? i want to do nitrous eventually when i get the money. any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Whys it leaking? Maybe some 243's for the 370...?

yeah i was thinking that.or some TSP PRC 220cc 5.3L Stage 2.5 CNC Ported Heads. IDK why she is leaking yet, i will put her on the lift at work when i go back tuesday, but she is leaking oil really fast

A big expensive engine with shitty heads is gunna run shitty. A halfway shitty engine with good heads will run decent.

I would go with some ported 243 or atleast some 317s that have been worked alittle. If your gunna be goin with nitrous and don't forsee f/i down the road those patriot 5.3 heads would work nicely
