Default new PRC heads.....and a damn sound i dont like

i just got done puting on a new set of PRC 2.5, with 918 springs, i had a set of 918 on my stock set of heads and were quite.. now i get the PRC on and i have a tickinnn sound that is like a exhaust leak but there is not one. i have looked every were and and pulled off the valve covers and all is good. when you mash it..it goes away, but comes back when let off and when it goes in to 2nd. it might just be valve train nose? but it sounds like ****! LOL, it runs good and pulls hard but i will take to the dyno on tue. has anyone run into this before????

thanks for the help

If anything, your pushrods would be longer now since those heads have been milled, so I doubt that would be causing a noise. If anything that should quiet it down some.

loose rocker bolt is an option.

torque to 22 lb/ft and use blue loctite

The newer 918's I believe have a higher spring pressure so that might be your noise. Do you have stock rockers still?
