Hey Guys, here is our first attempt at a new surface finish on our Billet LS! crankshafts. we are still in the testing phase, but I wanted to get your thoughts! -Adam @ Callies

Well it sure as hell looks pretty, but what exactly is the treatment you are doing, none the less it is to make a stronger crank no??? BTW PM sent

As I mentioned, this is one of the many....efforts we have made. The process is a chemically enhanced vibratory process. The biggest advantage will be the increased oil shedding. The faster oil comes off the counterweights the better! I will keep you all posted, as more information becomes available. -Adam

WooHoo, less instantaneous rotating mass, which will especially be beneficial for the 4.00"+ stroke cranks, as they have more mass to begin with and consequently have more surface area (I'm assuming larger counterweights) that oil could stick to.

Speaking of your crank Jason....did you get a post Card From UPS. It was shipped Signature required, so you have to call UPS....

Just got off the phone with them, on my way to get it. THANKS, can't wait to see the artwork(crank). I will post some reallife picks of this thing later.
