get rid of the 305 heads yes they raise the compression but yet flow like ****..if you want to run a lot of compression on flat top pistons get the pro topline heads with the 50cc combustion chambers..they flow 220 on the intake..these are some very good heads.. with these heads on my dirt track car 350 ci made 410 rwhp another guy with the same motor parts that i have with the dart 49cc heads with a bigger cam made 358 rwhp...on a mustang dyno also..

afr and pro top line are pretty comprable, as far as flow, but I bought my top lines for about a grand, with springs and everything....

i have never had the AFR heads but i have read in other magazines that toplines are one the best flowin heads..dont hold me acountable to that but the heads i got are damn good.. the cam i got in my motor is the comp 4/7 swap cam.. 290 300 duration .558/.549 lift on a 106 lsa..cam card said its good to 7200 but made power up to 7400 although this is a circle track cam and dont know how well it would do on the street

i have all comp valve train... .100 long chome moly pushrods, comp .600 lift double valve springs, manly valves, comp pro magnum roller rockers. and guide plates..heres a link to were i got all my parts..http://www.daymotorsports.com/vendor/65/

I'm partial to AFR heads. I got the 195 Comp package which is 100% CNC ported, 2.055 intake & 1.600 exhaust, .600 lift double springs.They're on the expensive side at 2 grand and a 3 month wait, but the AFR line has won several head to head shoot-outs from performance mags. I also use Crane Gold 1.5 roller rockers and Comp retrofit hydrolic roller lifters.

not tryin to shitty or anything but ive had the crane gold 1.5's break and cost me 2 valves and a piston..
