Looks good...I'm curious as to why you dis-assembled the oil pump?

To inspect, clean, and lube. I do that with each, and every part I install on the engines I build.

Same stock valve hand ported 317's off the old engine. Comp valvejob to factory angles, less than .00015'' runout on seats, and valves. I had to replace, and report one head. Also polished chambers this time @73cc's.

Lookin good! I got my motor in just having to hook everything back up. Wish I had the time and funds to have forged this motor.

Thanks guys. Kyle and I reamed the **** out of it @12psi tonight Running 12psi and no meth it feels close to the old engine at 14psi + meth

not to knock your build . . . but did you plasti-guage the bearings any, what's an allowable tollerance?
