Default needs some help guys

I have an 01 silverado 5.3 with exhaust, throttle body spacer, programmer, and a k&n. I went to the track along time ago and it ran 14.1 , I'm looking to get in the 12's on motor. Could anyone recommend a set up. I was think heads and cam and at the most 3200 converter and a custom tune of course.Im also looking for a radical cam.mainly I waned a recomendation on a cam because there is so many I just wanted to see if someone has a set-up that I'm looking for.

Thanks

Radix, cam, heads, converter, long tubes, 60# injectors, meth, a good tune and some slicks. Might as well throw in a new trans and some cal-tracs so you can put it all down.

it's a reg cab andi had ran that time along time ago otherwise I would post the slip. The truck feels realy strong and was kinda looking to run in the 12's n/a and have a little 100 shot on the side.i don't see why 12's isn't possible with heads/cam/converter. Superchevy.com put heads and cam on a 5.3 with boltons and lt's and made 460hp!!! I didn't evan know that was possible.

You should be able to hit 12s. Also depends on altitude, some of those 13 sec trucks would run lower times closer to sea level.
