Default Need some guidance

I have a 6.0 lq4 I'm putting in a truck. Not a race car just a daily driver and pulls the race car. Intended on using factory rotating assembly with new bearings and rings with a btr stage 2 truck cam. I had the block honed and new cam bearings put in and when I got it back there was still grooves in the cylinders. Long story short its gotta be bored.... I'm guessing. 010 to .030 over. What's the most economical way to do the rotating assembly since I now need over size pistons and assume it's going to need balanced. Buy a complete aftermarket rotating assembly or certain piston/rod combo with stock crank? Sorry for the long post any help is appreciated.

Just do a stock crank and then rods and pistons. I would go .30 over to make it a 370.

Honestly, for quick turn around and low cost, get a set of .03 pistons and rings off RockAuto, verify the gaps and run it
