who's doing your DS david? I've used Houston Driveline several times and they're badass, they know their ****.

The larger diameter aluminum driveshaft is good for high torque applications which is why GM picked it for the CC. I think the stock driveshaft is fine for it's specific application but since we all have a problem with keeping things stock it's really a liability for Crew Cab's. But then again there aren't many CC that are pushing as much power as we are so it's not addressed very much.
Mine rubbed rather bad before I decided to change it before it blew up on me.
