She's on the road! I drove to dinner and over to my GF's place for a friend's bday party. I have about 60 miles on the truck already. Everything is running great! Took a little bit to get all the air out of the cooling system. I still have a little bit of work to do (fuel pressure and trans temp gauges are not working after my rewire job, and I don't currently have the BOV installed), but I am so happy to be driving my truck again

I don't have any more pics or vids yet, I'll try to get some tomorrow. Only 940 miles to go before I can open her up!!

Yes I did. I had to re-route all the cold side piping, which is why the BOV is not installed yet. BTW, remember when you said that my BOV didn't sound right? That's cause it wasn't the BOV. It's still making that noise without the blowoff installed.

Actually, what I told you is that I didn't think you BOV was working, which is why it was making the funky chicken coughing sound. I think the spring is set to tight in it and the vac isn't pulling it open. When you get it put back on, loosen the spring way up and see if it goes away.
