The Wood Hauler is going with a 226/226 .585/.585 on 112LSA. It doesn't make a difference if you have a 4.8 or 5.3, they are the same bore, the shorter stroke 4.8 will just make it's power up high. Just like comparing an old school 327 vs. 350. One is more torquey and one likes higher rpm's better.

personally i think even the tr224 is too big for your truck. remember you have a 4.8 4x4 ext cab. if i were you, i would go with the comp 216/220 or the tr220 the biggest. just my $.02

Wait4me tuned the **** out of my truck for that Cam, wasnt hard or anything, but his tune was way better than TSP's tune.
