I'll post all my mods so you guys can know what I have. 402 CI, 10.5 comp, 228 230 112 lsa cam, patriot stage 3 heads w 1.8 rockers, longtubes with true duals, 3 mufflers, flt 4l80 with vig 3000 stall, two stage nitrous up to 250 shot, 10 bolt with eaton,4.10 gears w girdle, caltracs, and hoosier 28x10s on 8'' rim for track. Things holding me back on the 11.5 pass were front 20's, full weight minus tailgate and front light, stock truck intake , full exhuast, and 65 degree weather.

Keep the constructive criticism coming.

for weight reduction:
remove the back seat. It's simple to do.
remove spare tire
remove spare tire assembly
remove rear bumper and get a roll pan(or just take it off at track)
replace 20's with 16's

aside from that you can't do much unless you touch the interior.
