why not get a fast intake? The ls6 intake flow numbers aren't that impressive. I also think you have a low of weight to drop if you weigh in at 4800 lbs. Silver-mod-o got his down to <4000

not getting a FAST intake cause i'm keeping costs down. What components can I remove to shed some weight? I'm down to do it as long as its not my interior.

No, he will be quicker with the 80e, because the 4l60 would be adding minuets, unless he has got a lot of his buddys to help him push the truck threw the traps after the 60 takes a dump....

10's and keeping costs down arent the correct combo IMO....

LOL, I think so too. Has an Ecsb hit a 10 yet???

How the hell are you guys getting your ECSB's to the 4000 range????

Dedicated fuel system...dual stage 300. Drop as much weight a possible. a/c p/s, seats, ect...Fast 90/90.

Like mentioned though, it's not going to be that cheap.

Going to have to pull at least a low 1.6 high 1.5 6.0

a progressive nitrous controller will help. Also what are you running for gears in the rear?? What tires at the track??

yes, back a few years ago, a GMC C3 ECSB went 10.8-10.9, I believe it was a 408 with alot of nitrous!! and if im not mistaken it ran like on 20's??
