Default Milling 243's

Got some 243's on the way and would like to get them milled .030..stock they are 64cc's what would they go to being milled.. also what length pushrods would i need??

When i had mine milled .035 at Nickens, they said that would put me around 59cc. ...... I used stock length PR's but used .030" shims under the rocker arm girdle..or whatever its called........or you could go with shorter PR's....HPE's engine builder..(i think his name was josh) recommend using shims verses shorther PR's. I"M not sure why maybe valve-train geometry is a little better that away....

to be safe i would go with a 7.350 push rod but you might be alright with the 7.400's, and with .30 thous being took off you would prob be around 59cc i would say since i think its every .006 you take off is 1cc i could be wrong tho maybe some other guys can help out on this....

For every .007 milled you lose 1cc, easy as that.
