Default new cam specd out again for the 408

last week my builder had specd out a cam for my instead of my ms4 . first he specd out a 240-252/114lsa and then on wendesday he called me back and told me he was gonna change it yet once agian to a 230/242/114lsa +4. He told me he changed it because its a truck and im gonna need to get it off the line and get my to my powerband quicker and also cause im going to be using nitrous in the summer... What do u think about the cam new set up . Would it be noticble? Or would it sound stock

When you going to join us at the track? That build sounds like a screamer, let's see how she runs!

It won't be very lumpy in a 408, but it won't sound completely stock either

sounds like a decent choice... if its a n/a motor I'd tighten up that LSA... it would get you in the power quicker. It will idle a little rougher but not anythingbad... thats not a ton of duration for that many cubes.
