LS9 cam swap into L9H
Am going to be doing the LS9 cam swap into my L9H. With that being said the only question i need reassurance on first is, is swapping valve springs necessary? From what i understand the Part # for the l92 and LSA (cts-v) springs are the same and (LS2/LS3/LS9 springs are same). I may be beating dead horse but would like to get a second opinion so if needed it can all be done at same time while the truck is down.

What springs are in the LH9? having a hard time finding them. Regardless you will need minimum LS9 0.570 max lift for the ls9 cam, probably wouldn't hurt to get some 0.600 single springs.

I didnt think the truck came with the springs you need... but I could be wrong.
That said... the LS9 cam isnt a great fit for your truck. That cam tends to make the bottom end power feel soggy and the truck youre putting it in will amplify that. DO you have a converter? What RPM do you hit it with the bottle?

I just know the LSA and L9H/L92 springs are the same. just wasn't sure if factory springs would work. If i have to leak it down and put longer singles or duals in it i might as well get a bigger lift cam with similar duration and lsa.
