Default Ls3 head work advice / suggestions ?

Guys,
I have 2010 Silverado 6.2l. Going to be a stage 5 80/83 trick setup. Shooting for 700-800 horsepower. Motor is stock crank but has rods and pistons. Will cam the motor for the set up. What do you guys suggest doing to the stock heads? Trunion? Springs?

Definitely springs. Trunion isnt a bad idea.

Are they off the motor? A mild port job can never hurt... but its not necessary for what you are aiming for.

Advanced Induction has a nice program and I think they are priced around a grand if you send in your head.

WCCH has a stage 3 LS3/L92 program that flows big numbers and they are a little more expensive but I have been told they are worth it. Again, you can send in your head for them to work.
