Default LS2 head vs LQ4 head

What is difference in these two heads?

It appears the LQ4 head has bigger cc's and smaller runners?

Does the LS2 head have smalller cc's and larger runners?

ALSO

Would a stock LS2 cam be OK with stock LQ4 valve springs?

Thanks

basically the same head in theory! LQ4 head "317" and LS2 head "243"
317 - same runners and flow as the 243. 72cc combustion chamber
243 - same runners and flow as the 317. 64cc combustion chamber

WAY too much to be milled off the 317 to get the 64cc of the 243.
You be the judge, but i would think you could use it
LS2 cam specs: 200/203 - .500/.500
LQ4/9 cam specs: 196/207 - .467/.479

Do you know those advertised duration numbers for those cams? I seem to be having a hard time finding those numbers.

72cc's down to 68 cc's is not that much in my opinion.

Yeah, I jst through that number out there. I'm wondering how to get the max amount of power and bleed off enough pressure. It is hard to figure out DCR without adv. duration.
