could catch!! and youre right

I ran a 227/239 115+3 .619/.629 cam with my 6.0 and LS3 heads...Great cam and pulled super strong. That LS7 intake manifold isnt going to work with the LS3/L92 heads nor will a LSXr manifold.

so after doing more research and planing... goes like this:

l92 heads milled .020 (I would like the compression 11-11.5 range) NA setup
I am going to get the FAST 102mm and TB 102mm truck intake.
The cam Im thinking due to the weight of my truck near 6000lbs a 223/230 Trucker V2 cam. 115 lsa? truck is heavy but I need lots of mid - top end with my 4000 stall and 4.88s.

Now I would like to know what type of HP increase I can accomplish with the above mods... maybe 75-100hp? I would like near 500 hp at crank.

right now my specs are in my sig. its a street truck build.

i dont think l92 heads milled .020 is gonna get you to 11:1. skeet ran heads milled .015 and .040 gaskets to get to 11:1. cam sounds good. what lift? 500hp at the crank should be easy with such combo.

"TR TRuTorq" Level 2 - 223/230 .609/.604 115 LSA

so that is what I came up with for a heavier truck like 5800lbs atleast. I do agree I will have to mill more to get up to 11:4.1 compression. Not sure if 30th thousandths would do that? I would love to have 500hp @ crank. Just need the right cam to do it with.

nice cam for the heavy truck. like the selection. milling .030 will get you to 11:1 and is more than enough, no need to get up to 11:4. you will have over 500hp @ the crank exceeding your goal....

finally got me a cam speced. going with a custom grind. 227/239 .6xx with some cnced l92s and fast 102/102. This cam seems to match my gears/stall better as well. Im certain it should put down near 500rwhp.
