To the OP.....

Morel of the story is with any shop you are going to have good reviews and bad reviews because you have imperfect people working at those shops that will undoubtedly make a mistake every now and then. I do not judge a shop by its bad reviews (unless of course there are numerous ones showing a pattern) but rather I judge a shop by how it takes care of its customers when an issue arises.

If you are trying to find a shop that has zero bad reviews you will be looking for a long time. Find one with good customer service so you know no matter what happens you will be taken care of. Just my .02
