Default Lq4 rebuild. L92 heads?

I have a 04 RCSB with a Lq4. Performance upgrades will include under drive pulley, Pacesetter LTs, Full exhaust, 3000 yank, 4.11s. "Tootall" installed a 226/230 584 591 -112+4 cam and mentioned one of my heads might have a bent valve. Should i get my 317s worked or go with the L92 heads and intake?

if you have the funds, get the l92s, but your gonna need heads, intake, and rocker arms. if not in the budget, just have your 317s cleaned up

Have you thought about 243's or even a stage 2.5 5.3L head? The L92's are a great upgrade, but both the 317 and L92 head are big chamber on a low compression engine. For about the same cost or a little less than the L92 swap you can do a bad *** 243 or re-worked 862 casting and get the compression to well over 10:1 netting similar hp as the L92's with a big gain in torque.

They are both 70cc. The compression gain in the LS3 over the L92 is in the piston.
