so i narrowed it down to three different cam by texas speed & performance:
Texas Speed 224/224 XE Camshaft
TSP Custom 224/224, .566"/.566"
Texas Speed 224R Camshaft
TSP XS Series Camshaft: 224/224, .581"/.581"
Texas Speed 228R Camshaft
TSP XS Series Camshaft: 228/228, .588"/.588"
i have a goal for at least 380+rwhp and a budget of $1500, have any of you guys run these cams in there 6.0s thoughts/opinions and how are they for a DD.

I understand where yer coming from when you say that, but things can happen either way, i personally know someone whos broke a pac that was well under what it was rated for, and the shop i go to uses 918s and has never had a customer break one.

Im not denying they break, ive seen plenty on here, im just saying that u cant toss 918s out the window because of that, yes they do break more often it seems, just saying that anything can happen with any brand you run

Look at the split pattern cams they usually work better, talk to someone who works in a cam place, that will take into account all the mods u have and let them give u a recommendation. I was running a 226/226 .585/.585 112 LSA cam in a 5.3 and it handled it well.
