Default LQ4 build

Realistically how hard would it be to make an Lq4 put down more than 380+rwhp on a budget of $1500 without have to mill the 317 heads, as of to date I have (k&N CAI, magnaflow exhaust, fully built tranny which isn’t even broken in, and Wheatley tune) I have LT sitting in my garage but I’m waiting for auto cal before putting them on. I’m trying to build a truck with good hp/torque numbers not a 12s truck cuz it is 4x4 and a DD. Any info would be great

LQ4 with a tr224 cam full boltons should make 380 or close to it and be very driver friendly
Why no milling the 317s?
what about a set of 243 heads to up compression?

go in the dyno section look up truckshop

stock 243s will up compression because of smaller cc chambers no mill needed
I can get 243/799s local for dirt cheap of NNBS trucks

with 243 i take it the compression will be some where 10.0:1 roughly and i take it i can use standard/stock length pushrods with the lq4 if the 243s are not milled?
