small cam 206/212
decent cam 216/220
big cam 224+/230
driveability gets worse as you go up, and power comes on later. use that search tab to your right, and search cam threads. there are about 1.2 million on here

you should find exactly what you want to find, just takes a bit of reading. there is also an install sticky we all used to put our own cam in.

What are you're goals? (eg. all track, daily with a little track, ect...)
Do you tow anything?
Remember, your going to have to have a converter that matches your cam accordingly.
For a 5.3 Single cab 220 duration is about average. 226+ is pretty big.

the truck is going to be a DD and i like to cruise around, I want the power but the big lopey sound is a must for me i just love it. I would love to get a big cam which is a 226+ i guess what size converter would i need with a 226 and what supporting mods should i look into? How would a 226, 3500 stall, 4.10's, Lts, and a good tune run?
