Looking for more power

So I have a 2011 5.3 flex fuel truck. It is lifted with 35's tires. I have it read geared with 4.56 gears to help with the tires and lift. I did pacesetter long tubes headers with cats deleted into a borla s type exhaust. I have a black bear tune and a magnuson 1900 charger on it with a 3.2 pulley on it. I dynoed around 380hp/400tq. It runs quite good right now but I want a little more when I am on the highway in 6th pulling my trailer it still down shifts quite a bit. I was wondering what my best route would be to gain more power down low around 1800-2300rpm. I have a few ideas one switch out my injections to larger and a bigger pump so I can run e85 again. Cam it and some head work I am afraid that it will hurt my low end area but will gain me quite a bit in the mid to higher end. Lastly maybe a stall converter I do daily drive it and tow quite a bit so I am trying to stay away from anything high and I figured once I have everything else done and run on the dyno again I could have the conver built for it. So what are some ideas I am open to anything?

Bigger injectors and more boost would surely help on E85. That's cheaper than opening up the engine for a cam swap or head work.
6th gear is a like a double over drive so even with more power it will want to downshift to 5th or 4th often.

I have a 2011 silverado crew cab. It has the tsp 216/220 110lsa cam, the prc stage 1 heads they are ported and polished and milled .025 , has longtubes and no cats, jas hp tune. Im running 20x12 with 33s. I changed my gears from the shitty 3.08s to 4.30 motive gears in the front and back. Also put the detroit tru trac in it. With that being said , i put the citcle d 2800 stall in it. I pull a 6500lb camper with it. It does alright with the setup but i also jate the 6 speed tranny. I pull it in 5th gear does well in that gear. I have a pretty big tranny cooler. Temp stays around 180 to 185 while pulling it around in 5th . Without pulling the camper tranny runs 165. Im going to go e85 on my setup also. That should be interesting.I really should have done the 4.56 gears and put like a 3000 to 3200 stall in it. But still pulls hard as hell from a light. My boys love it when i get down on it. Lol they are 11 and 4 years old. Hopefully you can get something out of this post.

O heck yeah i noticed a big difference with the cam and heads. I first did a 212/218 112 lsa thats probably what you want to do for the bottom end torque you are saying you are missing out on. I would do a stall converter first and go from there. You will not be disappointed.
