Question Intake Manifold ?

hi all ,,
i searched all the net and didn't found any result of Intake Manifold for the 4.8?
or they didnt made any Intake Manifold for the 4.8L ?
did any one know where to find Intake Manifold's for the chevy ,
4.8,
5.3,
5.7
6.0 ?

seriously??

the 4.8, 5.3 use the same intake.......let me find you a HUGE thread comparing all the intakes....any ls1 intake from 99-07 will fit your 4.8...any ls6, ls1, or truck intake... they have the same bolt patterns...only some have a different style fuel rail/coil layout.

no prob BOB...

just keep in mind, almost EVERYTHING will interchange between these motors, from a corvette z06, z-28, 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0..... they are all ls1's and use similar cams/heads/intakes..... some stuff requires mods to make fit, but most will swap over...
your motor is what we call a gen iii ls1 ( gen 3 )..... so if you do a parts search, almost anything you find for a gen iii ls1 will fit your 4.8. ;-)

i read it i didnt understand well in numbers and parts so can u help me with it ?
i need a good Intake Manifold for high rpm and with 220\220 cam on 4.8L
whats the Intake Manifold would be great for it ?

stock truck intake for a 220 cam or maybe a LS6 car intake

so the LS6 Manifold fits the 4.8L? or the Fasr LSX?

and i have to change the throttel body too ? or the factory throttel is 90 mm ?

there are threads all on here about doing the ls6 manifold swap... use that search tab in the GM ENGINE & EXHAUST forum....

a 220/220 is going to run out of power before it revs "high"...at around 6300-6400

i couldnt see a need for an intake swap? but if you must, the fast 90/90 is a good upgrade, along with a 224-230 duration, high lift cam, and all other supporting valvetrain upgrades to rev high....

how much is "high"..... 7,000..... 7500?? we have revved a forged 283 to 9500 rpm.... i call that "high"... just depends what you want bro.
