Default How to up the CR in a 5.3

Hi All,
Witch method would be the best/cost effective way to increase the compression ratio on an othervise stock Tahoe 5,3?

The reason for this is to gain fuel econnomy, and at the same time some torque. I will be running on E85 so pinging/knock is not a issue.
I am aiming for around 11 to 1, or a bit more.

( With E85 the CR can be up to around 13.5 - 1 with out knock.
105 Octane )

have the heads shaved, to bump it up more you could run a set of 4.8 flat top pistons.

Shave The Heads, Run A Thin Head Gasket. Thats The Easiest, Or Do Like Mentioned Above And Do The Pistons.
