Question how strong is my ls2?

This is my first gm. I have a 07 trailblazer ss. How much power can this engine take before i will have problems. I plan on some power adders, either a supercharger and exhaust, or heads cam intake exhaust combo. What do i do to help the transmission with any of these.

At least enough to run high 11's to mid 12's if done right.

That's  yeppers, stock is cool, no headaches, no debt, nothing to prove but it sure is boring compared to highly modified
