well then his best bet is to just pull the motor.
i know it is something you do not want to hear.
but if damage is done, you really need to see just
what kind of damage has been done.
the oil pump may not be the only thing that needs to be replaced.

IF YOU HAVE A HOIST MAYBE YOU CAN LIFT THE ENGINE SOME AND SEE IF YOU CAN PERSUADE IT TO COME OFF THEN.... I JUST HOPE ONCE ITS ALL DONE YOUR BEARINGS SURVIVED THE ORDEAL..... ONE GOOD THING FOR YOU IS YOU WERE USING SYNTHETIC...

i dont suppose anyone has a stock engine lying around they would like to donate so he could drive while trying to get his motor figured out??
hell if i had the money and time off i would go out and help him fix it.... but im worse than broke right now

ummm.. it went like this starts and run but no oil. oil filter is dry. battery dies. then motor will not turn over at all pushrod are not moving crank is not moving. NOTHING!!!
