Default Higher compression using 5.3 heads on a 6.0

Patriot tells me I can use my 5.3 StageII heads on a 6.0 motor, but the compression ratio will increase by a factor of 1 because the chambers on the 5.3 are smaller than on the 6.0L. Is there a head gasket out there that is a little thicker than stock that would give me a little more volume so I can use my 5.3 heads on a 6.0 without increaseing the compression ratio?

IIRC the stock ones are about .054 or so, and the thickest I have seen is a .06. Cometic makes a .06.

the 6.0 bore is bigger than the 5.3 bore so wont the deck of the heads hang over the cylinder walls in a 6.0? maybe i'm crazy
