Going from fast pitch to slow wasn't easy, trust me. But after you figure out the game of patience it's smooth sailing from there. All you have to do is beat the hell out of the ball.

Thats right Grasshopper Patience remember paint the fence up,down,maybe a refresher course is needed dirt track....get your chop sticks and when you can catch the fly you have learned patience sensei says
