Do you have goals or anything in mind that you really want to do??

If you are just looking for a mild extra punch just run some long tubes and swap the stock muffler out. No need for a catback system unless you plan to push alot more air/exhaust through that motor. Of course a custom tune will help alot aswell and will be needed with long tubes to gain everything out of them.

Or if you want more power, just slap a supercharger or turbo system on the car for a 400-500whp ride with no other parts needed besides a new transmission at some point.

Also, what gears are in the back of the truck? 2wd or 4wd? If 2wd swapping to some 3.90's or 4.10's will help alot if you have 3.23's or 3.42 stock gearing.

Thanks for the Tips! its 4wd, not to sure what gears i got, i gotta check that out. i was eventually looking at dropping a twin-turbo system in/intercooler, New Camshaft (85% for the sweet, sweet music it makes), new transmission. those are my plans for the truck, but not to sure what order to install those in, and or any other aftermarket parts, or new parts i need to pair with them. i am fairly young (just turned 18) and i got the truck right before i turned 17, if you are wondering why i dont know what i am doing!

Well whatever you do, you'll want semi deep pockets incase you decide to go all out and break stuff.

I'd skip the twin turbo's, thats just more things to go wrong and single turbo kits make tons of power as is.

If it's already a 4x4 I'd just leave the gears in it if you are going turbo unless they are 3.23.

Yep...first thing to do IMO is the tune - adjustments can be made once you start bolt-ons and if you have a good tuner, updates will be no issue. If you're going to push more than stock HP then anything that relates would need upgrading as well (driveshafts, diffs, trans, etc...)
