yes the heads will definately fit. the ls6 intake will not without some real costom work. do you have a electric or belt driven fan? there lies your problem with the car intake but it could work. as for the cam where do you want your power and what rpm is your truck normaly going to run around.you should have no problem finding a cam to suit your needs once decided
