Default Head work

I have some 799 heads I plan to use on my 5.3, but I dont know what to do to them. I was thinking milled .40 and 3 angle job, along with bigger valves. Any suggestions, or advice would help. Currently truck has 212/218 cam, tb stall, headers, 3" full exhaust, ud pulley, tbss 90mm intake, volant air intake and nitrous. I want to use the heads with this setup first, then i'll eventually get a cam and stall to match the heads.

Dont go with larger valves the narrow bore of the 5.3 will cause valve shrouding with larger valves and negate any gains that could be seen. Shoot Richard at West Coast Cylinder Head a PM or give them a call. He is the head guru and can point you in the right direction.
