Default head milling and gaskets?

alright im looking at getting some 706 heads milled, ported, polished, and bigger valves put in. They will be going on my 4.8. I have a big cam and dont want to run into ptv issues. I also want to use a NNBS intake manifold and want it to lign up correctly when done. My thoughts are mill .035 off the head and run a cometic .043 gasket which would put me a tad over 10.5:1... The cam is in my sig. i currently run a 7.4 pushrod. Would running this combo create ptv issues? Would the stock manifold line back up after milling so much? what size pushrod would be needed after taking that much off? can someone give me the answers im looking for? and if there is anything left on the table to gain by means of something i overlooked in my choice of head mods?
