Default Head gaskets

What is the preferred head gasket for a moderate 6.0 build? I am adding 243 heads, long tubes, and an EPS cam to a stock 6.0 lower end. What gasket and how much should I cut my heads to achieve 10.5 to 1 compression?

I prefer OEM MLS gaskets, but to get that kinda comp, you might need to run a thinner then stock gasket depending on if its a lq4 or lq9.. Check into commetic

Its an LQ4, but the 243 heads have 65cc chambers. I think if I cut .020 off down to 62cc I would be close, but wanted to ask.
