I finally found a way post my pics of the 241's currently on my truck.Lets see you diy guys post some pics too.Share some tricks & tips on how you port if you have any.
My job was started with carbide tip for steel at low rpm probably 1000 or so.Then i went on to use standerd tapperd cartrige rolls from 80 to 180 in steps.The next set i do will have more pics and better explaination.I really didnt spend much time with these heads maybe 30-40 hrs with assembly and all so bare with me.

I used a straight makita 1/4 grinder gonna combo'n the dremel next time for the tight spots.
Btw. Lookin good.Also dont be afraid to get in the guides.
You blended the seats looks like it?
