Default GT2-3 cam installed

Well....I finally got my GT2-3 cam installed this weekend. I've done a lot of engine work, including cams over the years on old style engines, but these GenIII engines are a joy to work on! You got to move a lot of stuff just to get to the valvetrain, but most all the parts are almost idiotproof, so you don't keep having to remove coils, and stuff to endlessly check things. Once together, and torqued, it's on there.

Initial feelings ( I only had time to drive it thru 1 heat cycle, and home), I think my old combination (stock cam, Crane 1.8 rockers/valvesprings) had a little more *** pulling away from a red light, but it makes up for it in top end (I hope). It feels to idle even smoother than stock, no lope at all. Hope to get to the track tomorrow night, and do some tuning in the next week, or so to really see how this deal works. All in all, a GREAT mod!
