Flyer is MIA. I've tried contacting him with no luck. 
As for the graph posted above: Those results are common when the intake is flowed with the heads bolted on for any engine. I don't know why they don't perform this test more. A similar deal is adding a short piece of exhaust tubing to pick up some cfm. Or changing the bore size on the flow bench. Magazines and manufacturers do this all the time to help infate the #'s.
